This is a basic helpdesk feature it would be a good to have, but it looks like aliases can currently only be used to receive mail.
In FreeScout mailboxes are connected to a single mail account, in mail services each mail account ha one email address, so it's impossible to send emails from different email addresses.
With AWS SES and Microsoft 365 it is possible to attach multiple "Send As" permissions to a user thus allowing the same account to send with different email aliases.
Too bad this is not possible.
How does Alias work in FreeScout? I see that I can set up a mailbox alias. But I don't see any other alias settings anywhere.
I would like to receive an email in one mailbox and have the opportunity to reply as an alias. I know HelpScout can do this. Can I do this in FreeScout?
