Being able to run automatic workflow multiple times is a key feature for ticketing systems, even the 20+ years old Requesttrackker has it (since the beginning). It's unfortunate that Freescount doesn't have it since from the beginning; it will be more and more difficult to add it later on. Hope @freescout-helpdesk team can revisit this design decision.
I have been using freescout for sometime now and enjoy the system. I would be willing to pay to have Multi-run support added to the workflows module.
