Installed modules don't appear in configuration

First of all, I'm a n00b to Freescout, but I'm loving it. I've installed FS on Interserver.net using their installer. Everything is working but when I went to install modules, they don't appear in the settings area for me to configure.

The install of each module is completing with no errors. Everything shows installed and activated.

The only error in the laravel log is: Error: FilesystemIterator::__construct(/home/helpilli/domains/help.illinoisheartland.org/public_html/storage/app/updater/1.8.46/vendor_tmp/nesbot/carbon/src/Carbon/Exceptions): failed to open dir: No such file or directory; File: /home/helpilli/domains/help.illinoisheartland.org/public_html/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Filesystem/Filesystem.php (531)

I'm really stuck and don't know where to look. Anybody who's willing to be patient with me as I learn this software would be appreciated!

The specific module I'm trying to configure is the end user portal.

Have you activated them?

Keep in mind that End-User Portal Module settings are located in the mailbox's dropdown menu, not in the Manage > Settings.
