Preventing automatic addition of CC Recipients from customer's incoming messages #4080

Hello, We have encountered an issue where some of our customers send requests and include our competitors in the CC field. These CC recipients are automatically added to the ticket, and our users may not always notice this. As a result, their responses are also sent to our competitors.

Is there any way to prevent the automatic addition of CC recipients from the client's incoming messages?
