New Install Mobile and Browser Notificatins/Alerts #4218

PHP version: 8.3.6 FreeScout version: 1.8.152 Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL Are you using CloudFlare: Yes / No Are you using non-official modules: Yes / No

My Freescout docker install was giving me issues, so I installed the latest version of Freescout on Ubuntu server using the Interactive installation bash-script (Ubuntu / Debian / etc). The installation went through smoothly. However, I have 2 problems:

  1. iOS notifications are not coming through no matter what I do. I have the Mobile Notifications installed and configured with al the check boxes selected.
  2. Browser notification work only for replies. Notifications do not work for new conversations.

There are no errors in any of the logs. Everything seems to be running correctly. When I was running the older version Freescout on docker I was getting notifications just fine. Screenshot 2024-09-07 170643 .

Browser notifications now work, but mobile notification still do not work. I've tried everything I could think off. Anyone has any ideas?
