Outdated Laravel Version? #4280

Sorry I could not find any information about this.

Why is this project using a EOL version of Laravel? EOL was August 30, 2020 for 5.5.

Makes me feel uncomfortable using this project in production.
Any change it will be updated in the future?

Also I could not find ant unit test or integration test? Any change there will be test in the future?
