Emails From and To

Hello, Is it possible to turn the on showing the From and To fields in every email. I know, this is redundant information due to conversation client data in the corner and the messages colors, but some of my workers are having issues when forwarding emails from personal work mailboxes (they replying to themselves). New freescout users are familiar with old-school email clients and then having problems with new-generation tool when trying to use it the same way. Those small adjustments are exactly for them.
