Description of the issue: Non-URL characters are included in a link while composing a ticket.

How to reproduce: Insert a link while composing a ticket and end with a non-URL character as shown in the screenshot to reproduce the issue

Expected Behavior: Non-URL characters should be included in a link while composing a ticket.
