where is the data? #2

Is the data to run this code available? The paper references https://hanover.azurewebsites.net/ but I do not see it there. If the data is not available can you share the json format for the input data?

Just took a quick look and yes the data isn't there. Wired. I'll take a look at my server.

I updated this repo and put the data inside.
