Not working anymore on Debian 12 #52

On Debian 12 One of tha last commits (Numerous cleanups: d9681c3747ff4f56b1876557b9f6d894b7e6c18d) makes it not working anymore.

with that Version Freeswitch is not building anymore with the error that libspandsp > 3.0 can't be found.

i had to add: cd /usr/src/libs/spandsp && git checkout 0d2e6ac65e0e8f53d652665a743015a88bf048d4

to my build to make it work again.

I just built this cleanly on Debian 12 Bookworm. Probably close this ticket?
