Use Google Tag Manager #69

We should use Google Tag Manager to manage various tracking codes (facebook pixel, google adwords conversion, etc).

It's a much better alternative to adding them all in the app.

You could manage (add/delete) them directly. It will also help solve #66.

If you're unfamiliar with it here's a good introductory video.

This will fix/improve these: #30 #66 #68

Please go ahead and sign up, add the relevant tracking tags there, and give me the tag manager id (which looks like "GTM-K2R52VB")

I was able to add and test google adwrods (#68). For facebook pixel (#30) you will need to integrate it from facebook control panel (here's a how to).

I've now fully integrated it into the app using all previous tags. (using a test setup, just need your ID to transfer it) It can also access any data (archetype/quiz answers/etc).

Here's what the preview in console looks like. Firing the relevant tags on /reading page for example 2017-09-17_05-56-24

I've invited you into the Google Tag Manager account (freethlua@gmail.com).

Here's the tag manager ID: GTM-TGKFM45

We haven't created any tags or triggers yet, let me know if that's something we need to do.

I believe all of this is intended for better management of pixels and analytics, which is great. Thanks!

It seems I don't have permissions to add tags or variables. Please check if you can grant me more permissions.

GTM-TGKFM45 is now active on current staging site.

Google tag workspace is currently in preview mode.

You should see the console panel when you visit the site (as seen in screenshot above):

Please test it out and make sure the tags are fired appropriately when the user reaches /reading page.

After testing you may submit the google tag workspace (click submit on top-right)
