Graphics Elements not always scaled correctly #37

Under IE8 and Safari 4.0.5 (Build 531.22.7), sharps do not scale correctly.
 They appear in miniature.  

Under Chrome (4.1.249.1064) and Firefox 3.6.3 it appears correctly.
