DMD2 on ESP8266 the display works every 2 lines #60

Hi! when I run DMD2 on ESP8266 the display works every 2 lines. What might be the issue? Here is a picture of how it looks like: https://imgur.com/vCMFIOX

It is probably a logic converter that needs to be added.
