Merge frontend for LAOS Foundation Multisig to receive funds in EVM chains

Note: most rpc endpoints for AMOY are pretty bad, which result in errors when submitting TXs. The one that recently works for me is: https://rpc.ankr.com/polygon_amoy . Ultimately, look at chainlist.org.

ACCEPTANCE:

• Carla & Xtian are added to AMOY's multisig
• In AMOY we test we can withdraw native crypto and ERC20's
• we restore the orginal 4 signers in AMOY
