As a developer, I want to create a Block Scout block explorer for the LAOS Mercury parachain to monitor and analyze blockchain activities.

Description

To facilitate the monitoring and analysis of the LAOS Mercury parachain, we need to set up a Block Scout block explorer. This will provide an accessible interface for viewing blocks, transactions, and other blockchain data.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Setup Block Scout

    • Install and configure Block Scout for the LAOS Mercury parachain.
    • Ensure it connects correctly to the LAOS Mercury blockchain.

  2. Deployment

    • Deploy the Block Scout explorer on a server accessible by internet.
