Exam mode 
A exam contains 
 * a description about the test (may some tag like <p title="exam
name=examname starttime=xxxx endtime=xxx">)
 * some doctest which has a exam attribute in title to indicate it belong
to a certain exam. 

The crunchy will run in server-mode, and only login user can attend the
example, crunchy will log the student's input and output.

This is a very good idea.  It is more general than simply having timed doctest,
although these could be part of it.  It may have to wait until after release 
1.0.

This sort of work for doctest in the trunk (exams only show up during the 
allowed
time) but more work needs to be done.

It is included in the experimental section an a bit more work, as well as some
extension to include unittests should be done for the 1.0 release - even if the
logging is not working.

Postponing this after 1.0.  It is not important enough to justify delaying 1.0.
