These changes may seem obvious to most, but I thought it best to be more explicit:

added info about the needing to wait for > 100 blocks before 'getinfo' will show a balance
added info about needing to generate a block before the balance will show on the second wallet
changed makefile so you can send between wallets
need to add '-p' options for docker to expose the ports
