Add handlebar helpers #12

Add specific and often used function as global handlebar helpers, such as a (better) shorthand to the localization.

A translate helper is already available for scenes, a global translate helper does not make so much sense after the localization rework (as there is no central localization function any more) and since I can't think of any more handlebar helpers which are absolutely necessary, I'm closing this for now.
