Team membership sync should stop at the end of the competition. The way it’s working now, in the months after the competition have people leave the teams their scores change on the scoreboard.

If we fix this it will stop people from getting added to the teams shown in the freezingsaddles.org interface after the competition ends and will also prevent what happens over the course of the year where people drop their team memberships and drop out of the leaderboards for the past competition.

As soon as the fix is ready, I'd like to deploy it.

Among other benefits this has it means that if and then restore the backup of the site I made immediately after the competition ended so that the teams will be reconstituted as they were at the end of the competition.

but that was assuming this would be fixed before the 2020 competition started. @merlinorg fixed this during the 2020 competition. Thanks!
