This is loosely related to #12. We don't want to leave the competition window open forever - people need to upload their rides within a few days of the end of competition. Certainly for Freezing Saddles, we need to close it no later than 72 hours after the last day, so people can settle the prizes normally awarded at the end-of-season gathering.
