Fix Ball Destruction and More

This PR does a bunch of things:

• Fix ball destruction in the trough when a kicker instead of a trigger is used as drain (fixes #372).
• Fixes default scale of the trigger to 1, so triggers get correctly created.
• Enable iOS to use 60 fps (set FPS60_IOS)
• Fixes order of switch status so it's set when the event is triggered.
• Fixes a bug in Entities when building in release mode (set UNITY_DISABLE_AUTOMATIC_SYSTEM_BOOTSTRAP) (fixes #371).
• Properly names the ball entities so we know what's going on in entities debugger
• Adds a "sequence completed" switch to the drop target bank component, which triggers when all targets are down.
