R25 Intermittent Start Failure

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting WiiFlow fails intermittently

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Black Screen followed by return to System Menu.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

WiiFlow vR25 IOS249. 

Please provide any additional information below.

WD Elements 500GB HDD
WiiFlow installed into first FAT Partition 
Trancha's IOS36 
ISO249 v16
Using Forwarder

WiiFlow starts to load from USB as I get the initial WiiFlow load screen
but aborts just before the (black) please wait screen. 

Re-launching WiiFlow from the System Menu works second or third time. 

Same intermittent issue when exiting from game and re-launching from System
Menu (i.e not an initial start-up issue!)

Same issue for me and same set up same hdd. Is it anything related with te wake 
up 
time of the wd 500gb element?

I have Wiiflow loading from a (FAT) partition on the same USB disc using a 
forwarder
so I know the disc is awake. 

I tried "configurable usb loader" and that loads first time every time so must 
be an
issue with WiiFlow.

We no longer support r25.  This should not be an issue in the lates rev.
