sometimes it does it, sometimes it don't.  After restarting some of the
covers are displaying

I know these problem, and is very easy to fix... simple make a scandisk of the 
drive 
than holds the covers, and fix it.

we only support the latest releases.  and like the guy above said, possibly you 
have a corrupt cache or bad clusters in your partition.
