Wii flow R31 can not support ios223 v5 from Herms_IOS_rev5 #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When i play MH3 or RB that need ios223, wiiflow is halt downloading.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Wiiflow R31 can support ios223 v5 from Herms_IOS_rev5 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wii 4.2j

Yeah, when I try to play RB2 I get a freeze or a code dump. Besides making 223 
work 
properly, support for 224 should be added.

Please test wiiflow 2.0(r45+) for this issue.  Re-submit if it doesnt work,
