Game Direct loading #128

It would be nice to have direct launching of games like CFG Usb loader.

 Then forwarders can be added to programs like CRAP, so we can launch Games from the system 
menu Channels and have Wiiflow  be the default loader... cuz its the best :P

@rvmn95: this isn't the same as issue 7. This issue would prefer direct 
launching, when wiiflow is invoked with a gameid as argument. In this case, you 
wouldn't see the interface, but you would use the settings, cheats, etc.
