What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Game with WiiFlow
2. Download Covers 
3. Download Covers with Configurable USB Loader
4. Open WiiFlow to attempt to load game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Black screen w/ Garbled text & Picture of SD cards in coverflow layout,
then return to system menu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WiiFlow v1.1 R25 (and same on r42), CusbL v56c, Wii v4.2U
