Settings don't save #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load wiiflow
2. Change a setting like display patch mode or file system or change a game
setting to load a different dol file
3. Launch a game, re-launch wiiflow and it all reverts back to what it was
previous.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r42 v249, 4.2U, wiiflow on SD, wbfs files on FAT32 USB

Please provide any additional information below.
Worked before.. not sure if its cause I switched to FAT32 from WBFS or used
a new revision

Oh nm figured it out.   

Somehow I was missing data_on_usb=no :)
