NSMB Patch doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start NSMB Wii (PAL)
2. Play for some time (around 20 minutes)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The BCA protection triggers the "The disc could not be read yadda yadda" error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r42 on a 4.2E Wii

Please provide any additional information below.
I thought it was fixed with r20?

Please try this again with r43, this issue should've been fixed quite some time 
ago..
