Crashed Covers in R42 #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download a Cover
2. Wait till the cache is created
3. A broken 3D cover with a black area is displayed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A normal 3D cover with the right picture

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R42

Please provide any additional information below.
I tested the newest revision and download all covers again. Every cover in
wiiflow was broken. Either it was pixelated or crashed. And there was
always a black shadow and area visibly.
