Wrong Folder Structer at first boot #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start just the boot.dol without any wiiflow folder structers (sd:/wiiflow
or usb:/wiiflo)
2. A new folder structre will be created on the sd card
3. The wiiflow.ini and the folders are created at "sd:/apps/wiiflow" which
is the wrong location for the wiiflow.ini and the folders.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The folders and the wiiflow.ini have to be at sd:/wiiflow or on usb:/wiiflow. 
Enhancement: Maybe you can make a question during the first boot where to
create the setting files (on USB or on SD). 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Moving the folders to /apps/wiiflow is done by design, so that's not an issue. 
I'm
marking this issue as invalid, though it's discussion can continue on Gbatemp. 
It's
possible that this issue will be reopened at a later time then.
