did it install the cover successfully? In some cases, I've noticed that if the
cover download gets interrupted, it corrupts something, and will cause the
crash, and then when you restart it, it tries to access the cover part you've
already downloaded, and it will just continue crashing.
Suggested solution: Try going to the cover manually on your pc (plugging the
HDD into it, SD card, or usb stick) and manually deleting the corrupted png
file in the wiiflow/boxcovers directory. I had this issue on the older Prince
of Persia release, and this is the way I fixed it.

Are U sure U are in the right loader. Usb loader GX gos to R935. Where as
wiiflow is only at R109.

Find the cover that wont display in windows and then delete it, also delete the
wfc file in the cache folder with the same id.
Using the latest version this should not happen.
