Merge Firefox into Chrome extension (via Web Extensions) #70

@Cacodaimon I started the merge work and made some more adjustments to the Chrome version.

This sort of works for textareas but it's browser->ST only on CodePen, this it likely the culprit: https://github.com/GhostText/GhostText/commit/0ff177fd2c7105cf6749f1060d31e2b9c5eb55a5

@Cacodaimon the previous issue was resolved apparently; Firefox 48 seems to be working correctly now. Can you give it a go using the installation instructions in the readme?

If you confirm that it works, we can setup the autodeployment to AMO like I'm doing for the Chrome Web Store

@Cacodaimon could you add me as a developer on AMO? People are opening issues about the old version.

@bfred-it , maybe you add new addon in Firefox? @Cacodaimon not answered many time, therefore, most likely, he will not develop this addon in future.

@bfred-it , bad news: now, since version 48, Firefox don't support installing unverified addons. My method also not working. Any ideas?
