Remove the custom meter-based settings in PiP quality dropdown - vanilla now has a slider for it. Possibly customize the slider to go to bigger values.
Also remove custom ultra settings for dynamic lights as vanilla Ultra now sets 32 instead of 16. See if there is a setting for (the old) 16 - if not, add it, because 32 lights severely impact performance.
