(Re-)add built-in mining support to the default client #52

The Satoshi client as a built-in miner, and there used to be a user interface switch to turn it on. As mining got more industrialized and there was no longer room for solo CPU miners, the user interface was disabled. We should consider adding a “Enable Built-In Miner” preference to Freicoin-Qt, or perhaps adding a pluggable mining system with a Qt user interface, and packaging the default client with a more capable mining application like cgminer.

Issue raised by @r000n in GH #50, but split off into its own ticket.

CPU mining almost useless for profit, but if users will keep clients running all time as torrents, this can make sense. From other side, average user can don't understand why it should do it. Run -> Pay -> Close. Mining? What it is? :) What will happen? Small amount of mining clusters with ASICs and thin clients in every smartphone + web wallets? Electrum already using architecture client-server... Or device, USB stick with hardware coin client+miner? Attach it to your TV and enjoy online shopping ;)
