Immature balance calculated incorrectly #59

wallet.cpp, line 895 (GetCredit takes the absolute height rather than the relative depth now). Originally reported by user Imapler on the forums:

Note to self: while fixing this, do a thorough look-around and see if any other problems like this slipped through.

This one should be fixed, but I'm unable to test on my end. Reopen this issue if it crops up again.
