Create easy-to-use mining pool #60

With the public launch I expect that the difficulty will very quickly rise high enough that the variance involved with solo mining will make it impractical. It will also be difficult for anyone but experienced miners to participate immediately at launch.

I will operate an initial mining pool to alleviate these concerns, and this ticket is meant to track progress towards that goal..
