Create blockinfo (nonce, extranonce) pairs for miner_tests.cpp #69

This'll get the miner unit tests back up and running, but probably requires creating a pseudo-pool that I can attach a GPU miner to.

Decided not to implement this, as the unit tests are not directly related to Freicoin's modifications.
