sslv2 -- libstdc++ #78

the 64bit binary file cant execute if you dont have the correct libstdc++ version /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.14' not found

Mine is probably higher than this.

sslv2 will be disabled by default in the future since it is considered broken.

One has to downgrade libssl-dev to 0.9.8

I dont know if this is freicoin specific.
