Show hint on connection problems #89

For example, this condition can be checked

when UPnP not enabled
and proxy not enabled
and online more than 10 minutes
and less than 10 connected nodes

_show window_: "Possible, your connection not configured properly. Try allow incoming connections on port 8639 in your firewall and enable UPnP in settings window and on your router"
