Introduce a AAAA-Record for OpenWifi-Map-Server #18

The owm.sh-script send data to api.openwifimap.net, which is an alias of util.berlin.freifunk.net. util points to an A-Record. I t would be great to have that server in IPv6-world too and to set an AAAA-Record. Thus owm.sh updates can run via the IPv6-Part of the net too.

We need to add a public ipv6 address to this host.

currently it only has an fe80 address which won't work

who has access to that host and can add an ipv6 ip?

If I remember right, the OpenWifiMap-Server should should be administered by @sarumpaet. Maybe he can give us some hint, how to get IPv6 working on that machine.
