map: switch to embed hopglass #123

The map page is (like a lot of the other pages) very horrible. I did not change that, because this should be done when we do restructuring in the next milestones. I just replaced the map to hopglass. Optimizing the iframe integration should be done after we decided for the final theme.

This closes #96

I disagree with this solution. It's quite hard to use on mobile phones and this is the reason I did not replace the openwifimap ifram with hopglass in the first place. Please keep in mind that almost half of our traffic is mobile devices.

I agree. Maybe just no iframe at all ? We have backlinks to the website on the map. So user can still navigate to the site if they are on the map. Embedding it does really not work. I would replace it with a link right now. When we do the restructuring I would propose to have a nice list of the external services like map and monitor with some preview links.
