Adjust builter to new feeds-structure #121

As discussed in https://github.com/freifunk-berlin/falter-packages/issues/344, there might be a new structure for the package feeds. If we do it that way, builter would be needed to adjusted accordingly.

This issue was solved by several PRs in the ansible-repository. In result, we did not adjust the feed-structure in that direction.
