configure batman-adv #205

In former hedy-firmware it was quite easy to enable batman-adv on Freifunk-routers. It was already conmfigured and the user would have only needed to enable it.

I think falter should support that feature to. As batman-adv changed quite heavily over that time period, the configuration from hedy would need to be modified too.

This issue touches then migration too.

If you can supply a good working default config, then I can integrate it. But I think that since everything has been moved into /etc/config/network, it might also no longer be a good idea to have the virtual interfaces defined there.
