Release versions are now a thing that is only injected by Buildbot and Builter. Package feeds are now always snapshot version and don't get their own releases, just like OpenWrt does it. Greatly simplifies our build setup.
The freifunk_release file is kept as a stub which is externally overwritten in case there's an actual release being built.
