luci-mod-freifunk-ui: footer(?) missing with recent OpenWrt-19.07 #831

What is the problem? the 3 buttons "Freifunk", "Administration", "OpenWiFiMap" are missing in builds based on recent OpenWrt-19.07. Screenshot_20200716_005118 Without these options / buttons it's not possible to login unless you know the URL. I think this must relate to code added in June to the OpenWrt branch.

What is the expected behaviour? These buttons should be visible

Firmware Version: I found this with "Dev-Monthly-Master 295051dd"; which is 835bcb96e80ddfc904b1778673d9224a9aff98a6 + https://github.com/freifunk-berlin/firmware/pull/794

Site Configuration: the site is based on the manual image-type

Custom patches: only the upstream-repos have been changed

A fix for this will probably also fix #823
