Just some patches from my fork that can be rebased as flat merge anytime.

build packages "luci-app-ledtrigger-rssi" and "luci-app-ledtrigger-switch": they seem to make the Leds configurable via LuCI
update the "patches/patches.rst" to reflect the current handling with "make pached" and make "update-patches"
