Falter comes with a less verbose owm.lua script. Thus some mechanisms like
detecting uplink-nodes and hotspot/routeronly do not work anymore.
This introduces a solution via olsr-data for uplink detection and a semi
nice quick fix for hotspot-detection. Real hotspot-detection doesn't work
at the moment, but will probably added again with the next release.
