Vpn03g community tunneldigger #57

add the community tunnel installation and configuration to vpn03g

Why do u still do thingies to vpn03? It's only three month running.

It's only vpn03g because that is the hostname on the machine. The site.pp file uses the hostname in /etc/hostname to configure itself. Testing tunneldigger is the goal. Nothing has been changed in the openvpn settings.

As we add more hosts, no matter which tunneling system (openvpn/ipsec/whatever), a new host section will be added to the site.pp file.

There is already a request to Nosy to create new hostnames for the existing vpn03 servers. Once that is set up, then the site.pp file will have to be updated to reflect those changes.

@booo I made the small changes. It's ready to merge. Once done, I will make a new branch to have tunneldigger on the other vpn03 servers

@egmont1227 Thanks for merging many of the open branches/pr's. I just got back from vacation, so I am sorry that I didn't have a change to do the reviews you requested.

In the upcomming days, I plan to update the all-community-tunneldigger branch so that all uplink nodes are included.
