Add puppet configuration for b.bbb-vpn #60

The server b.bbb-vpn is a tunneldigger based solution for OLSR islands to connect with the Berlin Backbone. The local hostname for b.bbb-vpn is l105-bbbvpn.

@pmelange just merged #57 and now you have conflicts here.

Wondering if Puppetfile.lock should be in GIT ...!?
