Installation instructions updated (copy statement) and redundant file s removed. Resolves #67 #155

Please review and merge https://github.com/freifunk/api.freifunk.net/pull/154 first. After that review of this PR will become alot easyer.

Also in this PR: Avoid committing of "private" config file and avoid to re-commit (manually copied) JSON schema files.

BTW: This .gitignore file is a generated one. The git ignore plugin supports alot of frameworks and never introduced problems, not even on large teams or very custom setups. If that is a blocker, i can reduce the verbosity, but most often it is not worth the time spend...

I'm not involved in freifunk anymore. I just had a look because I created #67. I think @andibraeu should have a look!
